摘要
高职院校英语教师面临教学任务重、科研意识弱、科研能力低、科研环境差、课题申报和论文发表难等科研困境,为了提升其科研能力,应对其进行分类管理、强化科研意识、重视教师培训、优化科研环境、加强团队建设等。
English teachers in vocational colleges are experiencing difficulties with scientific research,such as burdensome teaching duties,weak awareness of scientific research,low scientific research capacity,disappointing scientific research environment,as well as obstacles to applying for scientific research projects and publishing academic papers.In order to improve their scientific research capacity,such measures should be taken as supervising English teachers according to their different sorts,strengthening their awareness of scientific research,highlighting teacher training,optimizing scientific research environment and bolstering team construction.
