考虑用户偏好的城区电动汽车充电站选址定容优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着电动汽车的普及,其网点建设逐步成为了城市规划中的一个重要环节,对市民的出行效率和生活质量都将产生显著影响。本研究着眼于新能源汽车充电站选址定容问题,选定上海浦东张江某地块,基于充电站信息、充电桩充电数据和汽车充电记录展开研究。首先,以离散化的方式标定区域中的客户聚集区和备选站点。而后,在充电行为分析的基础上,以最小化充电站建设成本和最小化客户充电成本为目标,考虑客户细分、能力折扣、桩选择偏好、预算限制、容量限制、服务水平等因素,建立混合整数线性规划模型。通过数值实验中的相关分析可以证明,本研究具有较强的实际应用价值,为政府在指定区域内进行充电网络设施布局规划提供了决策和预算依据;并可在多阶段布局规划、随机性问题等方面进一步拓展。 With the development of electric vehicles,the construction of charging stations has gradually become an important issue in urban planning,affecting the travel efficiency and life quality for citizens.This paper studies the problem of charging station location and capacity planning,taking Shanghai Zhangjiang district as an example,with charging station basic information,utilization records and vehicle charging data.First,the customer aggregation area and candidate sites in the area are labeled in a discrete manner.Then,based on the analysis of charging behavior,with the aim of minimizing the construction cost of charging stations as well as customer charging costs,we formulate our problem as a MILP model.In this model,we consider customer segmentation,capacity discounts,customer selection preferences,budget restrictions,capacity restrictions,service level and other factors.We can conclude from numerical results that our approach will deliver a satisfactory performance in real-world application,which provides fundamental decision-making and budget supporting details for the government to in charging network design and facility layout planning.Furthermore,it can also be adopted in multi-stage layout planning and the extended problem with stochastic factors.
