摘要
隐性控制是教师调整幼儿行为、达成教育目标的重要手段,其主要内容包括物理环境、心理氛围、非语言行为、评价方式、组织制度等。幼儿教师应注重将群体规范和个人情感的控制方式相结合,通过更新隐性控制理念、建设班级精神文化、开放动态评价体系等途径全面提升隐性控制能力。
Implicit control is an important method for teachers to adjust children’s behavior to achieve educational goals. The main contents of preschool teachers’ implicit control include physical environment,psychological atmosphere, nonverbal behavior, evaluation methods, organizational system, etc. Preschool teachers should pay attention to the combination of group norms and personal emotional control methods, and comprehensively improve their implicit control ability by updating the concept of implicit control, building class spirit culture, and opening dynamic evaluation system.
