摘要
卓越教师培养计划是新时代师范院校教师培养改革的热点。在阐述卓越教师内涵和研究现状的基础上,探索师范院校卓越教师的培养机制。以湖南第一师范学院为例,探讨与高校、政府、研究所,校内校外、线上线下及教师联盟等协同育人的机制与模式,为教育部卓越教师培养计划2.0的有效实施及教研改革与发展提供借鉴。
The implementation of outstanding teachers training plan and the establishment of a new training mechanism is the focus of the current teacher training mode reform.On the basis of explaining the connotation of outstanding teachers in the new era,this paper puts forward the goal of training outstanding teachers in normal universities in the new era,and probes into the training mode of outstanding teachers in normal universities by collaboration between universities,government,research departments,on campus/out of campus,online/offline and Teachers’Federation,taking Hunan First Normal University as an example,in order to give some enlightenment to the teaching reform of outstanding teacher training and promote the implementation of the excellent teacher training program of the Ministry of Education.
