摘要
乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的首要前提。乡村文化振兴成为解决乡村社会主要矛盾、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和全面振兴乡村的关键举措。但在现实实践中,一些制度短板、外部异己力量对乡村文化振兴形成的障碍和羁绊,对中国特色社会主义乡村文化功用效能的释放形成挑战和考验。作为对这一现实境遇的回应,筑牢主流意识形态引领地位、强化理论创新、保障民生公正就成为一种必然的战略选择和现实方案。也只有具备这样的理论与实践理性,新时代中国特色社会主义乡村文化振兴才能在逐步完善中不断释放和增强效能,为中华民族复兴伟业和全面建设社会主义现代化提供坚强的保障。
The revitalization of rural culture is the primary prerequisite for rural revitalization.The revitalization of rural culture has become a key measure to solve the main contradictions in rural society,achieve the goal of“two hundred years”and comprehensively revitalize the countryside.However,in practice,some institutional shortcomings and external dissident forces pose obstacles and fetters to the revitalization of rural culture,and challenge and test the release of the functional effectiveness of socialist rural culture with Chinese characteristics.As a response to this realistic situation,it is an inevitable strategic choice and realistic plan to strengthen the leading position of mainstream ideology,strengthen theoretical innovation and ensure the justice of people's livelihood.Only with such theoretical and practical rationality can the revitalization of socialist rural culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era continue to release and enhance its effectiveness in the gradual improvement,and provide a strong guarantee for the great cause of national rejuvenation and the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization.
