摘要
由于部分风场所处的电网质量较差,电网母线电压波动造成小局部区域电网不稳定情况时有发生。在此因素影响下执行电网无功调度过程中,风电机组机端电压超出正常范围而引起风电机组脱网也时有发生,海上风电影响尤为明显。为进一步挖掘机组可发无功功率潜力,提升风电机组海陆电网适应性,针对这类无功问题,需研究新形势下能量管理平台无功功率调节方式,结合电网特性得出最优分配策略,以提高机组自适应电网可靠性。
Due to the poor quality of the power grid in some wind areas,voltage fluctuations in the power grid busbars often cause instability in small local areas.Under the influence of this factor,during the implementation of reactive power dispatch in the power grid,wind turbine terminal voltage exceeds the normal range and causes wind turbine disconnection,especially in the case of offshore wind turbines.In order to further tap into the potential of reactive power generation by wind turbines and improve the adaptability of wind turbines to sea and land power grids,it is necessary to study the reactive power regulation methods of energy management platforms in the new situation,and combine the characteristics of the power grid to obtain the optimal allocation strategy to improve the reliability of adaptive power grids for wind turbines.
