某型船用PTI-PTO模式轴带无刷同步发电机测试

摘要 针对某型船用PTI-PTO模式轴带无刷同步发电机(轴带电机)的检测工作,制定了测试方案。通过了解轴带电机应用背景,分析其机械和电气结构特点,研究其不同模式下控制原理,在《钢质海船入级规范》相关要求的基础上,制定并优化了测试方案。优化的测试方案可执行,并验证了轴带电机能够在恒功率因数控制方式、恒压控制方式下正常运行。测试结果表明,轴带电机性能满足“规范”对电动机、发电机的相关要求。研究提出的轴带电机测试方案,对船用PTI-PTO模式电机出厂测试具有实际指导意义。 To accomplish the inspection work of a marine PTI-PTO mode shaft brushless synchronous generator(Shaft-generator),the test scheme is formulated.By understanding the application background of Shaft-generator,analyzing its mechanical and electrical structure characteristics,and studying its control principle under different modes,the test scheme is formulated and optimized on the basis of the relevant requirements of rules for classification of sea-going steel ships.The optimized test scheme can be implemented,and it is verified that the shaft-generator can operate normally under constant-power factor control mode and Constant-voltage control mode.The test results show that the performance of shaft-generator meets the relevant requirements of the"Rules"for motor and generator.The proposed test scheme of shaft-generator has practical guiding significance for the delivery test of marine power take in-power take out(PTI-PTO)mode motor.
