摘要
针对仿真设计(Simulation Based Design,SBD)技术在船型设计中应用存在局限性的问题,提出一种以SBD技术为基础的线型优化方法,为该技术在船型设计领域的广泛应用提供一种新思路。建立船体参数化模型;通过全局参数灵敏度分析,减小设计参数数量,缩小最优线型的搜索范围;在整个设计优化空间内完成对目标船阻力性能和推进性能的优化。将该方法应用于某大型液化气船线型研发项目中,结果表明,通过该方法得到的优化方案在设计航速点的收到功率相比初始线型降低5%以上,优化效果显著。该项目的成功开展表明该优化方法可靠、有效、易操作,可为后续全面实现以数值评估和目标函数寻优为主导的知识化、智能化设计模式提供参考。
Simulation Based Design(SBD)is a new design technology which is becoming popular in recent years.It has been used in several cases of ship design and its limitations are gradually revealed.A hull form optimization method based on SBD technology is proposed to provide a new idea for its application in ship design.Firstly,parametric model is established.Then parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out to further minimize the number of design parameters and the searching space of optimum.The resistance performance and propulsion performance of the target ship are optimized in the whole design optimization space.Appling the method to a large gas carrier hull form optimization,the results show that the delivered power of the optimal hull form decreases above 5%at the design speed and the optimization effect is remarkable.The successful development of the large gas carrier project proves the reliability,effectiveness and operability of the new optimization method.And it provides guidance for the subsequent transformation of hull-design to knowledge-based design mode.
