摘要
随着主机厂家科研实力提升,海上和陆上风电机组迭代更新加快,抢装潮大规模风电场建成后,机组出现运行故障频发、发电性能欠佳等问题,给各主机厂家和发电企业造成了较大的困难和损失。风电场后评估主要针对已投产运行风电场预期目标、执行过程、效益、作用和影响等进行全方位、系统且客观的分析。风电机组后评估方法和性能指标较多。开展风电机组功率曲线和发电量后评估分析即掌握了风电机组的真实发电性能,既可以解决新建风场发电效能欠佳问题,也可以让风电技术落后的老旧风场焕发新机。本文主要基于风电机组SCADA历史数据,对机组的功率曲线和发电量开展分析,系统性评价机组发电性能,进而找到改进、优化和提升的方向与思路。
With the improvement of the scientific research strength of the manufacturers,offshore and onshore wind turbine iteration and renewal are speeding up,the completion of large-scale wind power plants rush to install tide,the unit had operation failures frequently,such as poor power performance and other problems,caused great difficulties and losses to the host manufacturers and power generation enterprises.Wind field post-evaluation mainly conducts comprehensive,systematic and objective analysis on the expected objectives,implementation process,benefits,effects and impacts of wind farms that have been put into operation.There are many post-evaluation methods and evaluation indexes.The wind turbine power curve and generating capacity post-evaluation analysis can master the real power generation performance of wind turbines,which can not only solve the problem of poor power generation efficiency of newly built wind farms,but also make the old wind farms with backward wind power technology rejuvenated.Based on the SCADA historical data of wind turbines,this paper mainly analyzes the power curve and generating capacity of wind turbines,systematically evaluates the generating performance of wind turbines,and then finds the direction and ideas for improvement,optimization and enhancement.
