摘要
由于钻台上设备众多且密集,加强结构杂乱无章,在结构设计时需开展一体化设计来对钻台支撑结构、钻台支腿及主船体框架进行统筹考虑,制定合理高效的载荷传递路径。将三者相融合,保证载荷传递的连续性,做到结构过渡均匀,起到刚度匹配消除硬点的目的,为结构强度计算扫清障碍,进而降低结构应力水平,提高结构疲劳寿命。通过对某型钻井船结构一体化设计思路及强度校核方法进行阐述,并与非一体化设计进行对比并得出结论,供相似船型设计师参考。
Due to the high density of equipment reinforcement on drill floor,the integration design should be carried out for designing drill floor,legs and hull structure.In order to formulate reasonable and efficient load transfer paths,main support structures of those three structures should be considered at the same time,which can provide the continuity of load transfer paths,structure stiffness matching and eliminating hard point.It clears obstacles for structure strength analysis,reduces stress level and improves the fatigue life of structure.the integration design idea is described and the strength of a drillship is analyzed,and non-integration design is compared.The conclusion is to be given which can be used as reference for designing drillship in the further.
