摘要
基于海上风电场无线通信需求,分析无线通信系统建设的可行性和必要性,提出了海上风电场建设4G无线通信系统的总体布局和建设方案。该方案采用TDD LTE技术,基于运营商的核心网及网络运维平台实现LTE网络业务功能和网络运维,实现与公网移动通信服务的无缝对接。同时利用卫星通信技术作为应急通信保障手段及实现链路备份功能。
Based on the wireless communication requirements of offshore wind farms,the feasibility and necessity of wireless communication system construction is analyzed,and the overall layout and construction plan of the 4G wireless communication system are proposed for offshore wind farm construction.The solution adopts TDD LTE technology,and realizes LTE network business functions and network operation and maintenance based on the operator’s core network and network operation and maintenance platform,and realizes seamless connection with public network mobile communication services.At the same time,satellite communication technology is used as an emergency communication guarantee method and the realization of link backup function.
