不同纤维体系叶片对风电机组载荷表现的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Blades on Wind Turbine Performance

摘要 仿真分析使用同一机型的3款风机叶片,其叶片长度及气动外形相同,结构设计分别采用碳纤和玻纤2种不同的主要材料。通过对碳纤、玻纤材料成本及叶片质量进行分析对比,了解叶片的经济性,为整机经济性提供参数;通过对整机载荷计算进行分析对比,了解碳纤叶片和玻纤叶片在叶片频率、整机发电性能、整机极限载荷和疲劳载荷及叶尖净空等5个方面的差异。 The simulation analysis in this paper uses three fan blades of the same model,the blade length and aerodynamic shape are the same,and the structural design uses two different main materials,carbon fiber and glass fiber.Through the analysis and comparison of carbon fiber and glass fiber material cost and blade weight,we can understand the economy of the blade and provide parameters for the economy of the whole machine;Differences in power generation performance,ultimate load and fatigue load of the whole machine,and tip clearance.
