摘要
以某全海深载人潜水器为研究对象,以其下潜运动为例开展阻力数值模拟和试验验证。通过计算域和网格敏感性分析,采用不同湍流模型进行对比研究,并与模型拖曳试验结果进行比较,获得该潜水器的下潜运动计算模型。在确定了数值计算方法后,采用试验设计、近似模型和全局优化算法等方法对潜水器艉部型线进行优化,结果表明该方法可有效降低潜水器的下潜阻力,从而达到缩短潜浮运动时间的目的,研究成果对于该潜水器及类似潜水器的工程研制具有一定指导意义。
Numerical simulation and experimental verification of the resistance are carried out for a full ocean depth manned submersible by taking its descending motion as an example.Through the analysis of computational domain and grid sensitivity,the comparison of different turbulence models and the comparison with the results of model towing test,the numerical calculation method of the submersible’s descending motion is obtained.The design of experiments,approximate model,global optimization algorithm are used to optimize the stern profile of the submersible.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the diving resistance of the submersible,thus shorten the time of descending motion.This study could provide guidance for the engineering development of the submersible and similar submersibles.
