深海多金属硫化物矿浆提升管道波致疲劳分析 被引量:1

Wave Induced Fatigue Analysis on Ore Pulp Lifting Pipeline of Deep-Sea Polymetallic Sulfides

摘要 采用SESAM软件建立采矿船、矿浆提升管道耦合分析模型,经时域计算得到波浪载荷作用下的矿浆提升管道结构动力响应,利用雨流计数法对管道应力循环进行计数,基于Miner线性累积损伤理论和S-N曲线完成矿浆提升管道波致疲劳分析,指出管道疲劳损伤关键位置。 By using software SESAM,the coupling model of mining ship and ore pulp lifting pipeline is set up,and the dynamic responses of ore pulp lifting pipeline under wave load are calculated in time domain.The stress cycles of lifting pipeline are counted by rain flow counting method.The fatigue analysis on ore pulp lifting pipeline is carried out based on Miner’s linear cumulative damage theory and S-N curve,and the critical fatigue locations of lifting pipeline are pointed out.
