摘要
提出一种基于二向倾角传感器的海上风机单桩基础监测系统,通过对传感器测量数据进行实时在线采集,并通过光纤网络传输至陆上监控中心服务器进行智能分析,结果显示,当桩基础受地质条件或强大外力影响导致倾角仪测量值超过报警值时,监控中心服务器会生成报警信息并发送至负责人,以便及时采取控制措施。该系统具有灵敏度高、成本低、使用简单等特点,可方便全时段全海况条件下的监测,为海上风机单桩基础监测预警提供一种新的途径。
A monitoring system of offshore wind turbine single pile foundation based on two-way inclination sensor is proposed.Through real-time online collection of sensor measurement data,and through optical fiber network transmission to the onshore monitoring center server for intelligent analysis,the result shows when the pile foundation is affected by geological conditions or strong external force,the inclinometer measurement value exceeds the alarm value,the monitoring center server will generate and send alarm information to responsible personnel in order to take timely control measures.The system has the characteristics of high sensitivity,low cost and easy to use.It is convenient to monitor the whole time and sea conditions.It provides a new way for monitoring and early warning of offshore wind turbine single pile foundation.
