圆弧螺纹风电锚栓结构设计与承载性能分析 被引量:2

Structural Design and Bearing Performance Analysis of Arc Screw Thread Wind Power Anchor Bolt

摘要 近年来,海上风电机组向大型化发展,对风机基础和风电锚栓也提出更高要求,传统风机基础大直径规格锚栓通常采用普通米制螺纹,承载时容易出现应力集中、载荷分布不均等问题。设计一种新型圆弧螺纹锚栓,建立锚栓有限元模型,对圆弧螺纹和普通螺纹锚栓的承载性能进行计算。结果表明,圆弧螺纹锚栓可以减小承载最大局部应力,并使锚栓螺纹轴向载荷分布更加均匀,减少应力集中。 In recent years,with the development of large-scale offshore wind turbines,higher requirements are put forward for wind turbine foundation and anchor bolt.Traditional large diameter anchor bolt of wind turbine foundation usually adopts ordinary metric thread,which is prone to stress concentration and uneven load distribution.A new type of anchor bolt with circular arc thread is designed,and the finite element model of anchor bolt is established.The bearing capacity of anchor bolt with circular arc thread and common thread is calculated.The results show that the anchor bolt with circular arc thread can reduce the maximum local stress,making the axial load distribution of anchor bolt thread more uniform,and reducing the stress concentration.
