Vibration Control of Wind Turbine Structure Based on Passive Tuned Mass Damper

摘要 采用结构控制方法抑制海上风电机组的结构载荷是一种经济可行的解决方案。海上风电机组的动态响应通常是在泊机状态下进行的,叶片通常采用集中质量建模。实际上,叶片的几何特性和转速对风力机的性能有很大的影响。这些简化可能导致对风力机动态响应的不准确评估,进而影响控制系统减载效果的评估。由于调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)系统的简单性和有效性,该系统已被广泛用于抑制系统的动力响应。为了探讨安装于机舱中的调谐质量阻尼器对风力机在风浪激励作用下的结构振动控制效果。文章研究了底置式海上风力机在风浪联合激励下的结构响应,并考虑桩-土耦合的相互作用,设计了单TMD系统和多TMD系统,并对不同工况进行仿真分析,研究了单TMD系统和多TMD系统的动力响应和减振效果。结果表明,调谐质量阻尼器能够有效减轻塔底的振动,在泊机工况下振动抑制效果显著。 It is an economic and feasible solution to suppress the structural load of offshore wind turbines by using structural control method.The dynamic response of offshore wind turbine is usually carried out under the condition of mooring,and the blade is usually modeled by lumped mass.In fact,the geometric characteristics and rotating speed of blades have great influence on the performance of wind turbine.These simplifications may lead to inaccurate evaluation of wind turbine dynamic response,and then affect the evaluation of load shedding effect of control system.Due to its simplicity and effectiveness,tuned mass damper(TMD)system has been widely used to suppress the dynamic response of the system.In order to investigate the structural vibration control effect of tuned mass damper installed in engine room on wind turbine under wind wave excitation.In this paper,the structural response of a bottom mounted offshore wind turbine under combined wind wave excitation is studied.Considering the pile-soil coupling interaction,single TMD system and multi TMD system are designed.The dynamic response and damping effect of single TMD system and multi TMD system are studied by simulation analysis under different working conditions.The results show that the tuned mass damper can effectively reduce the vibration of the tower bottom,and the vibration suppression effect is remarkable under the condition of mooring crane.
