摘要
海上风电经过多年发展,风电场规模越来越大,风电项目的建设质量要求越来越高。分析海上风电施工条件、结构特点和工艺流程,监测大体积混凝土内表温差以确定拆模时间,研发结构简单、操作方便的导向器和作业平台,总结主要分项工程和工序的操作要点和施工管理经验,有利于提升风力发电机组多桩承台基础的施工质量,有效降低运维成本。
With the development of offshore wind power for many years,the scale of wind farms is getting larger and larger,and the construction quality requirements of wind power projects are getting higher and higher.By analyzing the construction conditions,structural characteristics and technological process of offshore wind power,the temperature difference between the inner surface of mass concrete to determine the removal time is detected,and the guider and operation platform with simple structure and convenient operation are developed.The operation points and construction management experience of the main sub-projects and procedures are summarized,which is conducive to improving the construction quality of the multi-pile cap foundation of the wind turbine,and effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs.
