摘要
水深的增加引起外部压力的增大和脐带缆的重量相应增加,且由于海洋环境载荷和浮体的运动引起复杂的动力特性使得脐带缆的受力复杂,其安全性受到很大的挑战,故深水构型选型是脐带缆的关键问题之一。文章就深水脐带缆构型进行了研究,推荐了深水脐带缆缓波构型,既可以适应平台水平方向的大位移,抵抗平台的运动传递到水下分配单元,同时也减轻脐带缆的自重引起的张力,降低脐带缆的张力要求和节约成本。
The increase in water depth causes an increase in external pressure and a corresponding increase in the weight of the umbilical cable.Due to the environmental loads and the movement of the floating body,the complex dynamic characteristics of umbilical cables make them subject to complex stresses,which pose a great challenge to their safety.This paper studies the configuration of deep-water umbilical cables and recommends a lazy-wave configuration for deep-water umbilical cables,which can adapt to the large size of the horizontal direction of the platform.displacements,resisting the transfer of the platform’s motion to the underwater distribution unit and also reducing the tensions caused by the umbilical’s own weight,reducing the umbilical’s tension requirements and cost savings.
