摘要
为研究海上风机高强灌浆料的力学性能,采用国产高强灌浆料进行试验研究,分别对其1天、3天、7天、14天、28天以及60天龄期强度进行试验。通过试验数据分析高强灌浆料应力-应变关系并提出龄期强度公式;利用有限元软件模拟不同工况下高强灌浆料受力情况,对高强灌浆料可靠度进行分析验证。通过对海上风机灌浆材料的力学性能进行试验研究,对海上风机灌浆连接段的安全性能以及承载能力可进行验证与预测,研究结果可为实际工程施工提提供建议与参考。
In order to analyze the mechanical properties of high-strength grouting materials of offshore fans,high-strength grouting materials are used to conduct the test block placement,and the strength of the domestic high-strength grouting materials are tested at 1 day,3 days,7 days,14 days,28 days and 60 days respectively.Through the test data,the stress-strain relationship and age strength formulae for high-strength grouting materials are given.The finite element software is used to simulate the stress conditions of the materials under different working conditions,and the high-strength grouting is verified.Through the experimental study on the mechanical properties of offshore wind turbine grouting materials,the safety performance and bearing capacity of the offshore wind turbine grouting connection section can be verified and predicted.The research results can provide suggestions and references for actual engineering construction.
