摘要
《四圣心源》是清代医家黄元御所著,其崇仲景学术,法仲景制方,创制"一气周流"的核心理论。书中有大量"苓桂"配伍及命名处方,其继承了张仲景苓桂诸剂的配伍法度,又开支河,发微其用法和组方意义,侧面诠释了黄元御"土湿木郁"病机观点认识。文章将《四圣心源》中"苓桂"配伍方剂疏理归纳,以法统方、深入分析,全面呈现黄元御配伍与治则思想,从而为进一步理解黄元御圆运动医学体系思维,扩展临证应用,为临床配方提供一定参考。
Sishen Xinyuan was written by HUANG Yuan-yu,a doctor in Qing dynasty,whose core theory was to advocate ZHANG Zhong-jing’s academic,to formulate prescriptions by law ZHANG Zhong-jing,and to create‘yi qi zhou liu’.There is a large number of‘Linggui’compatibility and naming prescriptions in the book,which inherit the compatibility rules of ZHANG Zhong-jing Linggui and also open up the branch river.It also reveals the significance of its usage and prescription,and explains the pathogenesis of HUANG Yuan-yu’s‘earth dampness and wood depression’.In this paper,the compatibility of Poria and Ramulus Cinnamomi in Sishen Xinuuan was summarized,and HUANG Yuan-yu’s compatibility and therapeutic principle ideas were comprehensively presented through the method of unified prescription and in-depth analysis,so as to further understand the thinking of HUANG Yuan-yu’s circular motion medical system,expand clinical application,and provide certain reference for clinical formula.
