摘要
王耀献教授从事临床治疗糖尿病肾病多年,基于治病求本的原则,认为发病之因,即是致病求本,进一步溯本求源,结合现代糖尿病肾病临床特点,提出"内热致癥"的核心病机,并认为内热贯穿于糖尿病肾病的早、中、晚三期,临床收效满意。在前期从内热论治早期糖尿病肾病的基础之上,本篇将继续总结其从内热论治中期糖尿病肾病的学术思想。
Professor WANG Yao-xian,who has been engaged in clinical diabetic nephropathy for many years and combined with the clinical characteristics of modern diabetic nephropathy,has believed that the‘internal heat cause accumulation is the key pathogenesis of the diabetic nephropathy.And the internal heat runs through the early,middle and late three stages of the disease,and we can get better clinical effective from the theory.This article will continue to summarize its academic thinking of treating middle stage diabetic nephropathy from heat based on the treatment from heat of early stage diabetic nephropathy.
