摘要
随着我国体育事业的蓬勃发展,各项目的竞赛频率越来越高,疲劳运动与硕硕成果结伴而行,直接威胁到运动员的体能素质。在速滑项目中,运动员必须以最快的速度完成滑行任务,运动量大,强度极高,而合理的膳食营养补充,能有效恢复速滑运动员的体能。通过介绍运动员营养补充的原则,指出速滑运动员的营养特点,分析速滑运动员必备的膳食种类,总结出赛前、运动中、运动后及日常膳食营养补充策略,旨在完善速滑运动员运动全程所需的营养成分,以便使速滑运动员拥有好的能量代谢,具备良好的体能,进而充分发挥滑行技能,为最终获得优异成绩提供体能保障。
With the vigorous development of China’s sports industry,the competition frequency of various events is getting higher and higher,and the fruitful results go hand in hand with fatigue sports,which directly threatens the physical quality of athletes.In speed skating events,athletes must complete the skating task at the fastest speed,with a large amount of exercise and high intensity.Only reasonable dietary nutrition supplement can effectively restore the physical fitness of speed skaters.By introducing the principles of nutritional supplement for speed skaters,this paper points out the nutritional characteristics of speed skaters,analyses the necessary dietary types of speed skaters,and sums up the strategies of nutritional supplement for speed skaters before,during,after and after the competition,in order to supplement the nutritional ingredients needed by speed skaters in the whole course of their sports,so as to enable speed skaters to have a good diet.Energy metabolism,with good physical fitness,and then give full play to skiing skills,to ultimately achieve excellent results to provide physical protection.
