五氧化二铌掺杂氧化锆黑色陶瓷的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 将五氧化二铌(Nb_(2)O_(5))作为着色剂与部分稳定氧化锆(3YSZ)进行高温还原着色的方法,在彩色陶瓷领域中鲜有人研究.为了改善黑色氧化锆陶瓷的力学性能和光学性能,采用高温固相还原法制备了五氧化二铌(Nb_(2)O_(5))掺杂部分稳定氧化锆陶瓷.通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对氧化锆陶瓷的物相结构、微观形貌进行了表征,采用维氏硬度仪、色度仪、紫外分光光度计对陶瓷的力学性能和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明:还原条件下,Nb_(2)O_(5)掺杂会抑制氧化锆晶粒的生长,细化晶粒.当Nb_(2)O_(5)的质量分数为1%时的氧化锆陶瓷的力学性能和光学性能达到最优,硬度最优为13.43 GPa,断裂韧性最优为7.9 MPa·m1/2.还原后的氧化锆陶瓷的颜色为均匀的亮黑色,对可见光的反射率最低低于8%. The method of using niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))as a colorant and partially stabilized zirconia(3YSZ)for high temperature reduction coloring is rarely studied in the field of color ceramics.In order to improve the mechanical and optical properties of black zirconia ceramics,niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))doped partially stabilized zirconia ceramics were prepared by high temperature solid-phase reduction method.The phase structure and microscopic morphology of zirconia ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical and optical properties of the ceramics were characterized by Vickers hardness tester,colorimeter and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results show that under the reducing conditions,Nb_(2)O_(5)doping can inhibit the growth of zirconia grains and refine the grains.When the mass fraction of Nb_(2)O_(5)is 1%,the mechanical properties and optical properties of zirconia ceramics are the best,meanwhile,the optimal hardness and fracture toughness are 13.43 GPa and 7.9 MPa·m1/2,respectively.The color of the reduced zirconia ceramic is uniform bright black,and the minimum reflectivity to visible light is less than 8%.
