摘要
利用绝热氧化试验和管式炉程序升温试验,探究了煤矸石氧化升温过程中温度、失重及气体产物演变规律的燃烧特性.结果表明:煤矸石的燃烧过程存在5个特征温度点4个燃烧阶段.根据煤矸石氧化升温进程中O_(2),CO,CH_(4)等标志气体的释放规律,得出矸石在不同燃烧阶段的气体产物的特点.根据温度、气体产物的种类和体积分数的变化判断煤矸石燃烧所处阶段,为自燃煤矸石山内部火区预判与圈定提供依据.
The combustion characteristics of temperature,weight loss and gas product evolution law in the process of coal gangue oxidation and temperature rise were explored using adiabatic oxidation test and tube furnace temperature programmed test.The results show that there are five characteristic temperature points and four combustion stages in the combustion process of coal gangue.According to the release rule of O_(2),CO,CH_(4)and other marker gases in the process of oxidation and temperature rise of coal gangue,the characteristics of gas products of gangue in different combustion stages were obtained.The stage of coal gangue combustion was judged according to the change of temperature,gas product type and volume fraction,which provides the basis for predicting and delineating the internal fire area of spontaneous combustion coal gangue mountain.
