摘要
研究了不同质量分数的ZnO取代相同质量Al2O3对无碱玻璃热学和光学性能的影响。结果表明:在0.3~0.7 wt%的取代量下,随着取代量的增加,玻璃的熔融温度和高温粘度随之降低。此外,该手段可降低原料中着色氧化物的引入量,利于玻璃的颜色变淡。当取代量为0.4 wt%时样品在玻璃颜色的绿值和黄值指标最佳,分别为-2.65和3.46。
The thermal and optical properties of non-alkali glass fiber with partial replacement of AlOby ZnO were studied.The results showed that under the replacement amount of 0.3-0.7 wt%,the glass melting temperature and viscosity decreased with the increase of replacement amount.In addition,the color of glass could be lightened due to the decrease of the coloring oxide content in raw materials with this method.When the replacement amount reached 0.4 wt%,the green and yellow values of glass were the best,which were-2.65 and 3.46 respectively.
