摘要
家族性双白蛋白血现象是一种遗传变异(Genetic.Variation),是血清白蛋白多形性(Polymor phism)的一种表现。在血清蛋白电泳检查白蛋白呈双带,用光密度计扫描图形呈双峰为特征的遗传性表现,是比较少见的血浆白蛋白异常症,故又称为双,或双峰性白蛋白血现象。本文介绍属同一家族之二例家族性慢型(Al^(SL))双白蛋白血现象病例,为国内文献首次报告。
Familial double albuminemia phenomenon is a kind of hereditary variation.It is a polymorphic manifestation of serum albumin.The characteristics of the hereditary manifestation by electrophoretic examination of serum albumin shows a double band;and by scanography with photodensitimeter shows a double peak.It is a relatively rare abnormality of serum albumin.This report discusses two cases of this disease in one family.It is the first report in China.
