摘要
实现生态文明与绿色经济之间的协调发展,成为可持续发展道路、推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设的关键所在。通过分析生态文明和绿色经济的关系可以得出,绿色经济实质上是被包含在生态文明之中,并且对生态文明建设具有重要推动意义的。要实现二者的协调发展,本质是要在生态文明建设中利用好绿色经济这一工具,既要充分发挥其经济效益和环境效益,又要限制市场经济背后的资本逻辑。为此,需要发挥好政府的主导作用,从环境、产业、市场等三个角度入手制定政策,实现以绿色经济为着力点来推动生态文明建设的目的。
The coordinated development between ecological civilization and green economy has become the key to sustainable development and the promotion of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.By analyzing the relationship between ecological civilization and green economy,it can be concluded that green economy is essentially included in ecological civilization,and has important significance in promoting the construction of ecological civilization.To achieve the coordinated development of the two,the essence is to make good use of the green economy as a tool in the construction of ecological civilization,not only to give full play to its economic and environmental benefits,but also to limit the capital logic behind the market economy.To this end,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the government,formulate policies from the three perspectives of environment,industry,and market,and realize the purpose of promoting the construction of ecological civilization with the green economy as the focal point.
