摘要
目的比较线上线下混合互动式教学与传统教学模式在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的效果差异。方法70名在首都医科大学宣武医院普通外科胃肠组进行规范化培训的住院医师,分别进行线上线下混合互动式教学(观察组)和传统教学(对照组),比较两组住院医师在理论考试和临床病例考试上的差异,并通过调查问卷评估两组住院医师对混合式教学的满意度。结果观察组住院医师的总成绩、理论成绩和病例分析成绩均高于对照组,结果有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。客观结构化临床考试结果表明,除病历书写外,观察组住院医师病史采集和查体、病例分析、基本技能、辅助检查结果判读成绩均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组住院医师非常喜欢线上线下混合互动式教学,并希望继续开展。结论在普通外科住培中开展线上线下混合互动式教学有助于培养住院医师自学能力和临床思维能力,提升培训效果。
Objective To compare the effects between online-offline mixed interactive teaching with traditional teaching in standardized training of gastrointestinal surgical residents.Methods At Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University,70 surgical residents who received standardized training of residents in the gastrointestinal group of general surgery were randomly divided into observation group(online-offline mixed interactive teaching)and control group(traditional teaching).After the training,the two groups of residents were tested with the same content,and their differences in the theoretical examination and clinical case assessment were compared.In addition,a questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction for the implementation of mixed teaching.Results The total scores,theoretical scores and case analysis scores of the residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences in these scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of objective structured clinical examination showed that,except for the writing of medical records,the results of medical history collection and physical examination,case analysis,basic operation skills and interpretation of auxiliary examination results in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the observation group of residents liked the mixed online-offline interactive teaching very much and hoped to continue it.Conclusion Online-offline mixed interactive teaching is better than traditional teaching.The implementation of online-offline mixed interactive teaching in the standardized training of gastrointestinal surgery residents will promote the training effect,and improve the residents’self-study ability and clinical thinking ability.
