摘要
目的按照“立德树人”思想,在中国共产党成立100周年之际,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院(简称我院)妇产科作为全国住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)重点专业基地进行了人文教学和技能教学相结合的探索和实践。方法我院妇产科专业基地坚持“立德树人”,重点抓技能教学和人文教学两方面,制作了《妇产科实操步骤视频》,同时进行医学人文教学授课与叙事医学学习和平行病历的书写。结果通过以上实践,本专业基地住培工作取得了明显进步,在省级技能大赛中获得第三名,多年来培养了一批批合格的住院医师,为践行“为人民谋健康”作出了努力。结论根据“立德树人”要求,医学技能教学和人文教学相结合可以提高住院医师的综合能力。
Objective In accordance with the idea of"moral strengthening and people cultivating",on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,Obstetrics and Gynecology in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,as the national key residency training base,conducted exploration and practice of combining humanities training and clinical skill training.Methods Obstetrics and Gynecology Speciality base in this hospital adhered to the principle of"moral strengthening and people cultivating",focusing on skill training and humanities training,and produced"Gynecology and Obstetrics Practical Steps Video".At the same time,medical humanities training,narrative medicine learning and parallel medical history writing were set up too.Results Because of the practice above,our residency training base has made significant progress,and won the third place in the skill competition of Guangdong.Over these years,our base has trained a lot of qualified residents.Practical efforts have been made to practice the"health for the people".Conclusion According to the requirement of"moral strengthening and people cultivating",the combination of clinical skill teaching and humanities training for standardized residency training can improve the comprehensive medical ability of residents.
