摘要
介绍美国医师里程碑评价体系的开发背景和内容,概述美国心身医学里程碑评价体系,探索我国住院医师里程碑评价体系的构建和实践现状,分析了里程碑评价体系的价值和局限性,并对心身医学里程碑进行应用评价。结合我国心身医学的学科发展和人才培养现状,提出借鉴美国评价体系,创新应用于精神科医师的规范化培训,提升我国精神科医师的心身医学服务能力。
Competency-based medical education has become a global trend.The competency framework and the evaluation system of the milestone project proposed by ACGME are conducive to the implementation of competency-based medical education.This paper was intended to introduce the background and content of the milestones,overview the psychosomatic medicine milestones and translate the evaluation worksheets,and to recommend ways to construct milestones for residency training in China.Then,comments were made on the value and limitations of the evaluation system of the milestone project as well as its applicability in psychosomatic medicine.Finally,considering the current disciplinary development and health providers’training in psychosomatic medicine in China,it is proposed that China learn from the milestones and apply them to the standardized training of psychiatrists after localized revision so as to improve the competency of psychosomatic medicine care.
