学习类APP使用意愿影响因素研究——基于上海师范大学学生的调查 被引量:8

摘要 本研究以UTAUT模型为基础,结合大学生移动学习的特点,引入感知安全性和感知趣味性两个新变量,构建了大学生学习类APP使用意愿影响因素UTAUT扩展模型,在此基础上提出相关研究假设。研究以上海师范大学在校学生为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式收集数据,运用SPSS和AMOS进行实证分析。结果显示:绩效期望和感知趣味性与使用意愿显著正相关,努力期望与使用意愿正相关但不显著,感知安全性与使用意愿负相关但不显著;性别、学历和流量套餐在研究模型中起到了调节作用,最后,本文结合大学生移动学习APP的现状,针对这四个影响因素,提出相应的建议,以促进学习类APP更好的发展。 Based on the UTAUT model,this study introduced two new variables of perceived safety and perceived interest in combination with the characteristics of mobile learning of college students,and constructed the UTAUT extension model of factors influencing the willingness of college students to use mobile learning APP.On this basis,relevant research hypotheses were proposed.The research took students of Shanghai Normal University as respondents,collected data through questionnaire,and made empirical analysis with SPSS and AMOS.The results showed that performance expectancy and perceived interest were significantly positively correlated with use intention,effort expectancy was positively correlated with use intention but not significantly,and perceived safety was negatively correlated with use intention but not significantly;Gender,education background and data plan played a moderating role in the research model.
