摘要
以“宁杞7号”为试材,设置6种不同用量的木霉菌生物肥(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、CK)处理,研究了木霉菌生物肥对枸杞植株形态特性、枸杞植株生理指标、枸杞果实品质及产量及枸杞根际土壤理化性质的影响,以期为有机枸杞园枸杞产量品质的提高提供参考依据。结果表明:1)与CK相比,施用木霉菌生物肥后,枸杞叶片光合特性得到改善,枸杞的株高、冠幅、地径和结果枝长明显增加,A3、A4处理提升效果最佳。2)施用木霉菌生物肥后,各施肥处理产量较CK显著增加了11.9%~35.7%,并改善了枸杞果实品质,枸杞果实中的总糖、枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、总黄酮、类胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸和多酚含量分别较CK显著提高,A3处理的效果最佳。3)施用木霉菌生物肥处理均降低了土壤电导率,提高了土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,A3处理的土壤改良效果最明显。经综合评价后得出,不同用量木霉菌生物肥处理下枸杞的生长状况均得到一定程度改善,土壤理化性质得到改良,其中A3(44550 mL·hm^(-2))用量的木霉菌生物肥既能显著影响枸杞生长及土壤性质又不会浪费。
Taking‘Ningqi No.7’as the experimental material,the effects of Trichoderma biofertilizer(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,CK)with different dosage on the morphological characteristics of Lycium barbarum,physiological indexes of Lycium barbarum,fruit quality and yield,and physical and chemical properties of Lycium barbarum rhizosphere soil were studied,in order to provide reference for improving the yield and quality of Lycium barbarum in organic Lycium barbarum orchard.The results showed that,1)compared with CK,the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves of Lycium barbarum were improved after application of Trichoderma biofertilizer,and the plant height,crown width,ground diameter and fruity branch length of Lycium barbarum were significantly increased,and A3 and A4 treatments had the best improvement effect.2)After the application of Trichoderma biofertilizer,the yield of each fertilizer treatment was significantly increased by 11.9%-35.7%compared with CK,and the fruit quality of Lycium barbarum was improved.The contents of total sugar,Lycium barbarum polysaccharide,betaine,total flavonoids,carotenoid,ascorbic acid and polyphenol in Lycium barbarum fruits were significantly increased compared with CK,respectively,and A3 treatment had the best effect.3)The application of Trichoderma biofertilizer reduced the soil conductivity and increased the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,and the A3 treatment had the most obvious soil improvement effect.After comprehensive evaluation,it was concluded that the growth conditions of Lycium barbarum and soil physicochemical properties were improved under different dosages of Trichoderma biofertilizer.Among them,the A3(44550 mL·hm^(-2))biofertilizer could significantly affect the growth and soil properties of Lycium barbarum and would not be wasted.
