美灰藓生长生理对遮荫程度的响应 被引量:1

Response of Growth and Physiology of Eurohypnum leptothallum to the Degree of Shading

摘要 以美灰藓为试材,采用遮阳网遮荫处理方法,研究了不同遮荫程度对美灰藓生长指标(盖度、拟茎长度)及生理指标(叶绿素含量、保护酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等)的影响,以期为美灰藓栽培应用提供参考依据。结果表明:不同遮荫处理对美灰藓的生长指标及生理指标均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。美灰藓生长发育较适宜光照强度约为1060.17~2763.83 lx,过高或过低光照强度均会对其产生抑制作用,过高的光照甚至会导致死亡。相关性分析显示,过氧化物酶(POD)活性与盖度、长度、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、叶绿素含量呈显著负相关,与可溶性蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,故遮荫处理下生长生理指标的绝大部分信息可以由POD代表,可以将POD、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、CAT活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、盖度、长度及叶绿素含量作为主要指标研究美灰藓对环境变化的响应。实践中,建议夏季对美灰藓的栽培进行3层遮阳网(黑色4针型)遮光,秋季进行2层遮阳网遮光。 Taking Eurohypnum leptothallum as test material,the effects of different shade levels on growth indexes(coverage,stem length)and physiological indexes(chlorophyll content,protective enzyme activity,MDA content,etc.)of shading treatment were studied with shading net,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and application of E.leptothallum.The results showed that the treatments with different shading degrees had very significant effects on the growth indexes and physiological indexes.The most suitable light intensity for the growth and development of E.leptothallum was about 1060.17-2763.83lx.Too high or too low light intensity would inhibit it,and extremely high light would even lead to death.Correlation analysis showed that POD activity was significantly negatively correlated with cover,length,CAT,chlorophyll content,and significantly positively correlated with soluble protein content,so most of the information of growth physiological indicators under shading treatment could be represented by POD,and POD,SOD,CAT activity,soluble protein content,coverage,length and chlorophyll content could be used as the main indicators to study the response of E.leptothallum to environmental changes.In practice,it was recommended to use three layers of shading nets(black 4-pin type)for shading in summer,and two layers of shading nets for shading in autumn.
