微藻用量对滴灌日光温室番茄/黄瓜土壤质量、产量及品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Microalgae Dosage on Soil Quality, Fruit Yield and Quality of Tomato/Cucumber Rotation System in Drip Irrigation Greenhouse

摘要 以番茄、黄瓜为试材,采用滴灌法,研究对照(WZ0)、低量(WZ1)、中量(WZ2)、高量(WZ3)4个不同微藻用量对设施番茄/黄瓜土壤质量、产量及品质的影响,以期为探索提高设施土壤质量和改善生态环境进而实现设施蔬菜可持续绿色发展提供参考依据。结果表明:从第2季(2020黄瓜季)开始,施用微藻(WZ1、WZ2和WZ3)处理土壤有机质和硝态氮含量较对照(WZ0)处理均显著增加,其增幅范围分别为7.0%~39.1%和22.6%~47.0%;施用适量微藻(WZ1、WZ2)土壤有机质含量比施用高量微藻(WZ3)显著增加11.3%~23.5%。与WZ0相比,WZ1、WZ2和WZ3处理土壤速效磷、速效钾、EC值及pH均无显著性差异,且拉秧后设施土壤养分含量处于中等及以上水平。处理间番茄季产量分别介于48.1~49.3t·hm^(-2)和69.3~74.3t·hm^(-2),处理间黄瓜季产量分别介于108.3~112.6t·hm^(-2)和168.5~177.1t·hm^(-2),2年4个生长季产量处理间无显著性差异且实际产量水平均未达到目标产量水平。与WZ0相比,WZ1、WZ2和WZ3处理2年4个生长季间显著降低了果实硝酸盐含量。因此,在设施土壤投入微藻可显著提高土壤有机质及硝态氮的含量,并可明显降低果实中硝酸盐含量,而高量微藻的投入反而会降低提高土壤有机质的效果。 Taking tomato and cucumber as the test materials,the effects of control(WZ0),low(WZ1),medium(WZ2)and high(WZ3)four different microalgae amounts on the soil quality,yield and quality of tomato/cucumber in greenhouse were studied by drip irrigation,in order to provide reference for exploring and improving the soil quality and ecological environment,and then realizing the sustainable and green development of greenhouse vegetable.The results showed that from the second season(2020cucumber season),the contents of organic matter and nitrate nitrogen in soil treated with microalgae(WZ1,WZ2and WZ3)were significantly higher than those in control treatment(WZ0),with an increase range of 7.0%-39.1%and 22.6%-47.0%respectively.The content of soil organic matter with appropriate amount of microalgae(WZ1,WZ2)was more than that with high amount of microalgae(WZ3),which increased significantly by 11.3%-23.5%.Compared with WZ0,there was no significant difference in soil available phosphorus,available potassium,EC value and pH among WZ1,WZ2and WZ3treatments,and the nutrient content of facility soil was at the medium level or above after seedling pulling.The seasonal yield of tomato between treatments was 48.1-49.3t·hm^(-2)and 69.3-74.3t·hm^(-2)respectively,and the seasonal yield of cucumber between treatments was 108.3-112.6t·hm^(-2)and 168.5-177.1t·hm^(-2)respectively.There was no significant difference of yield among treatments in the four seasons of the two years,and the actual yield level did not reach the target yield level.WZ1,WZ2and WZ3treatments effectively reduced nitrate content in fruits compared with WZ0during the duration of experiment.Therefore,applying microalgae into facility soil could significantly improve the content of soil organic matter and nitrate nitrogen,and significantly reduce the nitrate content in fruit,while high amount of microalgae would reduce the effect of improving soil organic matter.
