摘要
针对目前地震烈度速报技术只能提供震后分钟级发震区域的烈度报警信息的局限性,为满足铁路等大型工程施工期安全施工的需要,提出了一种适用于铁路施工期关键工点的地震烈度预警方法,可为关键工点提供工点级、秒级的烈度预警信息。研究了铁路施工期关键工点混合(区域+现地)地震预警监测台站布设原则,融合现地预警与异地预警优势,同时具备地震真实性判断能力;针对区域台站与现地台站两种类型台站,根据应用场景提出不同的地震事件触发与干扰识别方法,能同时确保报警时效性及准确性;利用基于P波预警的震级、震中距计算工点PGA、烈度信息,为保护目标提供工点级、秒级的预警信息,弥补现有烈度速报只能提供区域性、分钟级烈度报警的缺陷。
At present,the earthquake intensity rapid reporting technology can only provide regional and minutescale intensity alarm information after the earthquake.To meet the need for safe construction during the construction period of large-scale projects such as railways,a seismic intensity warning method applicable to key construction points during railway construction period is proposed,which can provide point-level and second-level intensity warning information for key construction points.The principle of seismic monitoring station layout of key construction points(spot+leeway)during the construction period is studied,effectively combining the advantages of spot and leeway warning,and it has the ability to judge the truth of earthquake.According to two kinds of different warning stations,different interference identification methods are given to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of alarm.PGA and intensity information of work stations can be calculated based on earthquake magnitude and epicentral distance,which can provide point-level and second-level warning information for protection targets and make up for the defects of existing rapid intensity reporting.
