摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对于轨道交通站点的要求逐步由单一的交通功能转变为集交通、娱乐、休闲、商业、居住等多种功能为一体的多元化城市节点。对于兰州西关什字片区,以地铁1号线的建设为契机,提出了构建立体化交通体系、完善城市基础服务设施、功能整合、优化城市界面、一次规划分期实施等站城一体化设计思路,并依此形成了西关什字站城一体化设计方案。最后,对城市更新类站城一体化开发建设提出了三个建议:首先考虑结合车站优化片区内交通体系,实现人车分流,车站应与城市慢行交通系统无缝衔接;其次要完善片区内公共服务设施;最后应优化城市界面,整合城市功能,缝合城市空间,提升城市空间品质。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements of cities for rail transit stations have gradually changed from a single traffic function to a diversified urban node integrating traffic,entertainment,leisure,business,residence and other functions.For Xiguanshizi area of Lanzhou,this paper takes the construction of metro line 1 as an opportunity to put forward to build three-dimensional traffic system,perfecting the urban infrastructure services,functional integration,optimization of interface,an urban planning phased implementation,such as integration of city design,and this formed the Xiguanshizi city integration design scheme.Finally,three suggestions are put forward for the integrated development and construction of urban renewal stations.Firstly,the traffic system in the area should be optimized by combining the stations to realize the separation of people and vehicles,and the stations should be seamlessly connected with the urban slow traffic system.Secondly,the public service facilities in the area should be improved.Finally,we should optimize the urban interface,integrate urban functions,sew up urban space,and improve the quality of urban space.
