摘要
顶管工程作为非明挖施工手段,如今不断向着直径大型化,顶进距离超长化和多顶管同时施工的方向发展。首次考虑并行顶管同时施工时,由纵向间距的不同而引起的土体沉降。通过ABAQUS软件建立三维有限元模型,分别对一孔顶管单独施工下地面沉降变化和两孔并行顶管在不同纵向间距下施工引起的地面沉降进行数值模拟,并通过Peck公式和双圆叠加模型对结果进行验证。分析结果表明:得到的地面沉降曲线符合Peck沉降曲线;当并行顶管同时施工时,纵向间距对地面的沉降值有重要影响;随纵向间距的增加,并行顶管施工引起的地面沉降也逐渐增加;后行顶管开始施工时会引起地面的急剧下沉;两顶管无纵向间距施工时引起的地面沉降值最小。
As a non-open-excavation construction method,the pipe jacking project is now developing in the direction of large-scale diameter,long jacking distance and multi-pipe jacking construction together.The settlement of soil caused by different longitudinal spacing in parallel pipe jacking is analyzed for the first time.A three-dimensional finite element model is established by ABAQUS software,and the ground subsidence change under the construction of one hole jacking pipe and the ground subsidence caused by the construction of the two-hole jacking pipe under different longitudinal spacing were calculated.The results were verified by the Peck formula and double circle overlay model.Results show that the land subsidence curve obtained accords with the Peck subsidence curve.When parallel pipe jacking is constructed simultaneously,the longitudinal spacing of two pipe jacking has an effect on land subsidence.With the increase of the longitudinal spacing,the ground subsidence caused by parallel pipe jacking increases gradually.When the back pipe jacking starts construction,the ground subsides sharply.The ground subsidence caused by the construction of two pipe jacking without longitudinal spacing is the smallest.
