摘要
目的调查中专医学生结核病防治的知识、态度和行为,评估该类人群结核病防治知识知晓水平。方法采用整群随机抽取宜宾卫生学校中专学生523人,用自设计结核病知识-态度-行为问卷进行调查。结果学生结核病核心知识问题总体知晓率为54.7%,男女结核病知识知晓率(53.59%vs 55.02%)差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.680,P>0.05),不同年级学生知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=254.640,P<0.01),一年级学生知晓率42.55%,二年级学生知晓率57.23%,三年级学生知晓率72.52%;不同来源地学生总体知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=67.770,P<0.01),城市vs农村:62.0%vs 50.3%(P<0.05)。对结核病的态度积极者占78.6%,对结核病预防的相关行为较差,83.7%的学生获得结核病防治知识是通过手机等多媒体。结论中专医学生结核病知识匮乏,行为较差,但态度良好,应结合多种手段开展健康教育,提升学生对疾病的认知,提高对疾病的防控意识和能力。
Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among medical students in technical secondarya health schools,and to evaluate the knowledge level of tuberculosis prevention and treatment of them.provide a guidance for tuberculosis health education.Methods From September to October 2018,523 technical secondary school medical students in Yibin Health School were randomly selected from Yibin health school by cluster sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice of tuberculosis was used to investigate.Results The overall awareness rate of tuberculosis core knowledge among students was 54.7%,and there was no significant difference between male and female(53.59%vs 55.02%,χ~2=0.680,P>0.05).Significant differences of awareness rate of tuberculosis core knowledge were observed among different grades(χ~2=254.640,P<0.01),and original residence the awareness rate of the first grade students was 42.55%,that of the second grade students was 57.23%,and that of the third grade students was 72.52%.There were significant differences in the overall knowledge awareness rate among students from different regions,too.The awareness rate of urban students was 62.0%,and that of rural students was 50.3%.(P<0.05)(grade 1 vs grade 2 vs grade 3:42.55%vs 57.23%vs 72.52%;city vs countryside:62.03%vs 50.34%,P<0.05).78.6%of the students had positive attitudes toward tuberculosis,and the students had poor behaviors related to tuberculosis prevention.83.7%of the students obtained knowledge of tuberculosis prevention through multimedia such as mobile phones.Positive attitudes towards tuberculosis accounted for 78.6%,and poor behaviors related to tuberculosis prevention.83.7%of students acquired knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control through mobile phones and other media.Conclusion Medical students in technical secondary vocational schools lack knowledge of tuberculosis and have poor behavior in tuberculosis prevention,but have good attitude.Health education should be carried out in combination with various means to enhance students’awareness of the disease and improve their awareness and ability to prevent and control diseases.
