定制式变电站综合自动化系统改造策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着科技的发展,变电站综合自动化技术日益提升,新一轮的变电站综合自动化改造已经到来。传统综合自动化系统改造面临着施工周期长、停电时间久、投资大、事故风险高、覆盖面广等缺点,为此提出了一种定制式改造策略,将现场可利用资源进行充分的利旧,只对新装置进行模块化定制,保证新设备和旧资源的兼容性。通过在220 k V凤凰变电站综合自动化系统改造工程中的应用,验证了定制式改造策略的优越性,不仅节省了施工成本,在保障安全生产的同时将停电时间和施工周期压缩到了新的临界点,甚至部分工程实现了不停电、零风险作业,具有广泛的推广意义。 With the development of science and technology,the substation automation technology has been increasingly improved.A new round of substation automation transformation has arrived.The transformation of traditional automation system is faced with the long construction period,long blackout time,high investment,high accident risk and wide coverage.In this paper,a customized transformation strategy is proposed,that make full use of the available resources on site and only modular customization for new device only,to ensure compatibility between new and legacy resources.Through the application of the customized transformation strategy in the renovation project of 220 k V substation integrated automation system,the advantages of the customized transformation strategy are verified,which not only saves the construction cost,but also reduces the blackout time and construction period to a new critical point while ensuring the safety of production,and even some projects have achieved non-blackout and zero-risk operations,which has broad promotion significance.
