摘要
针对岩溶地区隧道高压大流量涌水,从处理思路和施工工艺两个方面介绍了基于高压堵水灌浆的轴向封堵技术。轴向封堵技术主要用于处理击穿隧道掘进过程中掌子面前方未开挖围岩中的富水部位而导致的高压大流量涌水。隧道高压大流量涌水轴向封堵技术施工速度快,封堵效果好,减少地下水资源流失,节省施工过程中的抽排水成本与运行成本,具有良好的经济和环境效益。
Aiming at the problem of large flow water inrush under high pressure in tunnels in karst area,we introduced the axial plugging treatment based on high pressure grouting and water blocking technology.Axial plugging technology is mainly used to deal with the problem of large flow water inrush under high pressure caused by breaking the water-rich position in the unexploited surrounding rock in front of the tunnel face that happened in the process of tunnel driving.Axial plugging technology has the advantages of fast construction speed,good plugging effect,reducing the loss of groundwater resources,saving the cost of pumping and draining,and having good economic and environmental benefits.
