摘要
易地扶贫搬迁工作是脱贫攻坚的重要内容和手段。搬迁后的安置点中有许多民族社区。在这些社区开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作,可以有效整合社区各族群众,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,推动各民族走向共同富裕。当前易地扶贫搬迁安置社区存在文化冲突、融入困境、治理薄弱、群众素质有待提升等问题,这些问题影响着中华民族共同体意识的铸牢。为了更好地推进安置社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识,我们可以通过开展法治宣传教育工作、提高安置群众的法治素质、提升社区治理法治化水平、形成多元化的社区纠纷解决机制等法治路径来加以有效推进。
The project of poverty alleviation relocation is an essential policy and means to alleviate the poverty in China,many ethnic communities are resettled in this area after relocating.Carrying out the work of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in these communities could be an effective way to unite people of all ethnic groups,to strengthen the achievements in poverty alleviation,and to foster the common prosperity of all ethnic people.However,there exist some problems in these communities currently,such as cultural conflicts,integration obstacles,poor governance and people’s inferior qualities,etc.which hinder the consolidation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation.In order to carry forward the realization of legal approach effectively in these communities,we could promote legal publicity and education,improve the legal awareness of people,upgrade the governance level of legalization of community,and establish a diversified dispute mediation mechanism.
