摘要
克力芝,也称洛匹那韦利托那韦片,属于蛋白酶抑制剂类的复方制剂,临床上主要用于病毒性疾病的治疗,其对艾滋病的治疗有明显的成效,是目前常用的治疗艾滋病的高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(PIs类)药物,且克力芝在治疗其他病毒引起的疾病上也具有良好的发展前景,因此克力芝的合成受到了科学家的广泛关注。故本文主要综述了合成克力芝的五种方法,以及克力芝在治疗艾滋病、宫颈癌、病毒性呼吸系统疾病上的研究进展,在一定程度上推动了对克力芝的认识。
Kaletra,also known as lopinavir and tonavir tablets,belongs to the compound preparation of protease inhibitors,which is mainly used in the treatment of viral diseases.It has a significant effect on the treatment of AIDS,and is currently a commonly used high-efficiency antiretroviral treatment(PIs)drug for AIDS,In addition,kaletra has a good development prospect in the treatment of diseases caused by other viruses,so the synthesis of kaletra has been widely concerned by scientists.The review mainly summarizes the five methods of kaletra synthesis,and the research progress of kaletra in the treatment of AIDS,cervical cancer and viral respiratory diseases,thus promoting the understanding of kaletra.
