DCS分级综合报警机制构建及应用

摘要 内蒙古京能康巴什热电有限公司2号机组DCS报警系统存在报警点数量过多、层级不清晰等问题,严重影响运行人员的操作便利性与判断准确性。对DCS报警方式进行对比分析,将光字牌报警作为首选报警方式,提出DCS分级综合报警机制:一是将报警分为一般报警与重要报警两类,分别在光字牌报警画面和指示灯区列示;二是将设备报警功能设置为三级,运行人员可以按功能指示进行判断,依据设备参数点变红情况实现报警信息的良好掌握与细化处置。将DCS分级综合报警机制应用于光字牌报警画面优化,光字牌报警点由450个降至63个,按照锅炉、汽机、电气系统分开列示,并去除了冗余或无用的报警点;运行人员能够第一时间对机组异常进行处置,保证了机组的长期稳定运行。 The DCS alarm system of No.2 unit in Inner Mongolia Jingneng Kangbashi Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.has too many alarm points and unclear levels,which seriously affects the operation convenience and judgment accuracy of operators.Through the comparative analysis of DCS alarm modes,the light plate alarm is taken as the preferred alarm mode,and the DCS hierarchical comprehensive alarm mechanism is proposed:first,the alarm is divided into general alarm and important alarm,which are listed in the light plate alarm screen and indicator light area respectively;second,the device alarm items are set by 3 levels,and the operators can make judgments using option indicators,i.e.realize a good grasp and a detailed disposal on the alarm signal according to the equipment parameters that turn red.The DCS hierarchical comprehensive alarm mechanism is applied to optimize the alarm screen of light plate.The number of light plate alarm points is reduced from 450 to 63,which are listed separately according to the boiler,steam turbine and electrical system,and the redundant or useless alarm points are removed.The operators can deal with the abnormal conditions of the unit at the first time,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the unit.
