电网设备差异化状态检修新模式研究 被引量:15

摘要 电网是基于各类输变电设备、装备组建而成的能源输送网络,为保证电网安全、可靠、持续的提供供电服务,在各环节资源充分集约、调配的条件下,电网设备的日常检修维护工作逐步发展为状态检修,即依据设备状态量指标及状态评估呈现,决策设备即时状态,制定针对性检修策略。然而,随着电网规模和电网设备极速增长,国内现行状态检修方式下存在很多未试、未测、未评估电网设备,其状态不可控;也存在已试、已测、已评估电网设备,仍发生故障的情况。因此,通过设备基础运行大数据分析设备状态检测手段有效性,创新评估指标、设置数学模型、定量计算可行性,筛选关键状态量,探讨取消停电例行试验的可能性,进行了电网设备差异化状态检修新模式研究,提出状态检修新模式。 Power grid is a power energy transmission network based on all kinds of power grid equipment,in order toensure the safety,reliability and continuity of power supply,under the conditions of full and intensive resource allo-cation,power grid equipments daily maintenance gradually developed into state maintenance.That is,according tothe equipment state indicators and state evaluation presentation,determine the equipment state,and develop target-ed maintenance strategies.However,as the grid scale increases exponentially,the number of power grid equipmentincreases exponentially,there are many untested,unmeasured and unevaluated power grid equipment in the cur-rent state maintenance mode,whose state is uncontrollable;there are also tested,measured and evaluated powergrid equipment,which still have faults.Therefore,by running large data analysis equipment state inspection equip-ment foundation means effectiveness,innovation evaluation index,set up mathematical model,quantitative calcula-tion of feasibility and optimization of key state quantities,to study the feasibility of cancel routine test power,the powergrid equipment differentiation state maintenance of new pattern research,put forward a more efficient way of statemaintenance.
