摘要
辅导员是高校危机事件预防、应对及善后处理工作的一线力量。以冰山模型为理论假设,通过半结构式访谈收集资料,聚焦辅导员危机应对的知识图谱与运用、技能储备与提升、职业责任与使命、自我情绪和感受、性格优势和特质、隐性想法与动机、环境风险与助力七个维度进行分析,并构建高校辅导员危机应对胜任力动态模型,以期应用于辅导员招聘、培训等环节,提高高校辅导员危机应对的能力。
Counselors are the frontline force in preventing,responding to,and handling crisis events in universities.Using the iceberg model as the theoretical hypothesis,data was collected through semi-structured interviews,focusing on seven dimensions of counselor crisis response:knowledge graph and application,skill reserve and improvement,professional responsibility and mission,self-expression and feelings,personality strengths and traits,hidden thoughts and motivations,environmental risk and assistance.A dynamic model of crisis response competency for university counselors was constructed,with the aim of applying it to counselor recruitment Training and other links to enhance the ability of college counselors to respond to crises.
