摘要
实践育人是高校研究生人才培养的关键途径、提升研究生实践创新能力的重要抓手。在充分认识研究生实践育人重要意义的基础上,各高校院系可从明确人才培养目标、拓展育人资源、丰富实践内容、创新实践方式着手,构建全员、全过程、全方位的研究生实践育人体系。
Practical education paves the key way for the cultivation of graduate students in colleges and universities,and works as a hinge to improve graduate students'practical innovation ability.Based on a full understanding of the importance of postgraduates'practical education,colleges and departments can start building a postgraduate practice educational system on a favorable condition of synergy,full processes,and all-round aspects by improving the education system,expanding education resources,enriching the content of practice,and innovating practice methods.
