摘要
当今中国社会进入新时代,这对基层党建工作提出了新要求。大学生党建工作是基层党建工作的重要组成部分,在新时代为了提升党的质量建设,高校辅导员要利用时代特点对学生党建工作进行创新,需充分把握时代要求,利用好新媒体受众广、接收强、传播快等特点,在党建工作中充分发挥新媒体的重要作用,让党建工作机制得以创新;同时科学制定实践策略,进一步巩固党在各大高校的基层组织基础,为培养新时代社会主义建设者和接班人蓄力。
Chinese society has entered a new era,and new requirements have been put forward for primary-level party building.The party building work of college students is an important part of the party building work at the grassroots level.In order to improve the quality of the party in the new era,college counselors must use the characteristics of the times to innovate the party building work of students,fully grasp the requirements of the times,and make good use of the important role of new media which is able to reach a wide audience and has the characteristics of strong and fast dissemination in party building to innovate the party building work mechanism.In the meantime,counselors must scientifically formulate practical strategies,and further consolidate the party's basic organizational foundation in universities,so as to cultivate socialist builder and successors in new era.
