单机双臂智能雨刮器的设计与实现

摘要 为保证驾驶员的清晰视线,必须将挡风玻璃上的雨水及时清除,因此,智能雨刮器的设计具有十分重要的意义。文章设计的单机双臂智能雨刮器,采用三刷结构,可让电机实现随时变速。采用断续式保护装置对电机进行电机的回路切换和电容器的充电与放电,使雨刮按特定的间断循环进行刷洗。当雨刮器进行刮刷时,内置的弹簧片压向刮片胶条,贴紧挡风玻璃,从而清除玻璃上的雨水和污垢。文章设计的刮片胶条唇口与挡风玻璃的角度为45°,能实现最好的挂刷效果。最后,经过测试,该智能雨刮器工作稳定,达到了最初的设计要求。 In order to ensure the clear sight of the driver,the rain on the windshield must be removed in time,so the design of intelligent wiper has very important significance.The single-arm intelligent wiper designed in this paper adopts three-brush structure,so that the motor can change speed at any time.Intermittent relay is used to control the return switch contact of electric shock and the charging and discharging of resistance capacitor to realize the wiper to hang the brush according to a certain intermittent period.When the wiper is brushed,the built-in spring sheet presses against the wiper strip,pressing against the windshield,thus removing rain and dirt from the glass.In this paper,the angle of the blade lip and windshield is 45°,so as to achieve the best effect of brush hanging.Finally,after testing,the intelligent wiper works stably and meets the initial design requirements.
