锅炉启动阶段风扇磨制粉系统防爆优化调整

摘要 某电站660 MW机组锅炉采用八角切圆燃烧方式、塔式结构,燃用坑口露天褐煤。锅炉吹管调试期间,风扇磨制粉系统发生3次爆炸事故,且均发生在锅炉点火启动初期。制粉系统爆炸严重威胁机组安全和影响启动时间,必须找到其爆炸的原因并采取防爆优化调整措施。通过分析塔尔褐煤特性和煤粉爆炸形成的条件,制粉系统爆炸的原因是在非惰性气氛下,一定浓度范围的煤粉达到着火温度或被风道燃烧器小油枪引爆。对刮板给煤机、燃油点火方式、点火磨启动方式和投煤温度等几方面采取防爆优化调整措施后,制粉系统未再发生爆炸事故,实现锅炉安全快速启动。 The 660 MW unit boiler of the Thar power plant in Pakistan,which adopts an octagonal tangential combustion method,has a tower structure and burns open-pit lignite coal.Three explosion accidents of the fan mill pulverizing system has been occurred during the blowing and debugging period of the boiler,all of which occurred in the early stage of boiler ignition and startup.The explosion of the pulverizing system seriously threatens the security of the unit and affects the startup time,which make it necessary to find the cause of the explosion and take explosion-proof optimization and adjustment measures.By analyzing the characteristics of the Thar brown coal and the conditions for the formation of coal powder explosion,the cause of the explosions of the pulverizing system is found.The reason is that a certain concentration range of coal powder reaches the ignition temperature or is ignited by a small oil gun in the air duct burner in a non-inert atmosphere.After explosion-proof optimization and adjustment measures has been taken on several aspects,such as the scraper coal feeder,the fuel ignition method,the ignition mill startup method and the coal feeding temperature,the pulverizing system does not experience any more explosion accidents,which achieves secure and rapid boiler startup.
